I used to be out of shape

My early progress.
I have fast metabolism but also good genetic when comes to muscle building, they say I am the potential one and please say Hi to my cute 84KG picture... Good genetic but still looking bad.

Because I've been eating so good throughout the years, I became bulky & chubby although I've been working hard in the gym 3-5 times a week consistently!
The harder I work the harder I binge! Pleasure is all around the corner and I keep telling myself "why diet where I still can see my shoulders & biceps? life is short so eat while I could! why six packs? eating clean is lifeless" These excuses never work! I am out of shape, I am unhealthy and got sick pretty often.

Friends & family often asked why am I still out of shape as I'm still working out hard in the gym for years? Where is the solid packs & striated muscles?
I had invested my time & penny in the gym, supplements, junks, efforts & pain given but look terrible!
Since then I had decided to take a step to make changes, start dieting for fat loss! Is payback time!

My 2008-2010 Training Routine
Monday: Chest & Triceps
Tuesday: off day (sometimes I go for hill running)
Wednesday: Shoulder & Abs
Thursday: off day
Friday: Back & Biceps
Saturday & Sunday: Party

Diet
Eat & drink like a king

About author
I wasn't born with this physique... I've been skinny and fat, zero confidence to almost every area of my life. My life changed dramatically when I started working out for like 5 days a week. A few years later not only I saw improvement on my health and outlook, but it helped me to persist many other negative things in life! What I've learned from gym room... No pain no gain! The harder you struggle the more glorious the triumph! Yup, Life is Up and Down, but every downfall doesn't mean is bad. Just like working out, those pain can be really painful and annoying, but pain is the sign of weakness leaving the body, they are your strength for tomorrow! the best part? Your gains actually last much longer than your pain. Fitness is a gift of my life. I am blessed that I am able to share my gift to everyone here in this amazing platform.
